I offer one to one sessions for a small number of clients.

What are Support Sessions?

50-minute or 60-minute one-on-one conversations designed to help you reconnect with your inner self. These sessions are self-led. Together, we explore what you want to work on, what patterns you’ve noticed, and what it looks like to be gentle with yourself.

I listen closely to your words and body cues, reflect back your strengths, and sometimes point out whether I’m hearing parts of you (“inner critic” or “protector”) speaking. My role is to help you soften, return to your inner child, and reclaim your sovereignty.
