TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

Welcome to Free to Return. By purchasing a membership, workshop, or support session, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Services Offered

Free to Return - A Self-Love and Attachment Healing Community provides:

• Monthly community memberships with live workshops and guided exercises

• Six-month subscription bundles

• Stand-alone workshops

• Individual support sessions

All workshops and sessions are conducted live via Google Meet and are not recorded.

Workshop links will be provided via Google Meet once you've scheduled through Calendly or upon becoming a subscriber.

2. Membership and Payment Terms

Monthly Subscriptions:

• Automatically renew each month

• Billed through Stripe

• Can be canceled at any time through your Squarespace account

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

6-Month Subscription Bundles:

• Automatically renew every 6 months

• May be canceled before renewal

• Non-refundable

• Billed through Stripe

Stand-Alone Workshops:

• Scheduled via Calendly

• Non-refundable

Support Sessions:

• Scheduled via Calendly

• Non-refundable

• May be rescheduled if notice is given at least 24 hours before the scheduled session

3. Right to Refuse Service

Free to Return reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel subscriptions at its sole discretion. In such cases, a full refund of any unused portion of monthly subscriptions will be provided. 6-month bundles, stand-alone workshops, and support sessions remain non-refundable per their original terms.

Free to Return is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and nurturing community. Access may be denied or revoked to anyone whose participation is not aligned with our community values or whose behavior is disruptive to Tracy or other members.

4. User Responsibilities

By participating in Free to Return, you agree to:

• Treat all community members, facilitators, and staff with respect

• Maintain confidentiality regarding other members' personal sharing

• Attend sessions on time or provide appropriate notice for cancellations

• Not record, screenshot, or distribute any workshop content without written permission

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, workshops, workbooks, and exercises provided by Free to Return are the intellectual property of Tracy [Last Name] and Free to Return. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Free to Return provides educational workshops and support related to attachment healing and self-love. Our services are not a substitute for professional mental health treatment, therapy, or medical advice.

We are not liable for any decisions you make based on information provided in our workshops or sessions. Participation is at your own risk.

7. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New York State. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York.
